Being a very skint student means buying Xmas presents is very hard (close to impossible). So, when Shaun and I were trying to decide on a sensible amount of money to spend on each other we realised that neither of us wanted a pointless trinket and would rather spend money on food, the cinema and sharing time together. And with the release of The Hobbit falling on the 13th of December it made for the perfect night to have our Christmas date. What's better than eating an amazing pizza (goats cheese, spinach, caramelized onion! oh baby!), watching an incredible film and spending time with your boyfriend?
